Under the guidance and supervision of the Director, FA the Senior Analyst, FA performs the following tasks:
1. Participate as part of the Operation Team in the financial due diligence for the operation:
- Performing financial analysis of the proposed operation including obligors, promoters, financial and non-financial institutions (Creditworthiness analysis). Providing an opinion of the financial eligibility of the proposed operation
- Preparing/analyzing the financial forecast, to determine the potential profitability and viability of the operation
- Participating in the structuring and negotiating of operations
- Preparing and submitting the financial analysis reports to various level of the approval process
- Determining and recommending appropriate financial covenants to be included in the legal documentation
- Participating at Credit Committee and Board of Directors’ with the Operation Team
- Attending meetings with clients and/or members of the Operation Team
2. Participate in the monitoring of the Operation:
- Analyzing financial information of the existing operations and providing an opinion of their financial performance for the monitoring period
- Monitoring compliance with financial covenants as outlined in the Legal Documentation
- Providing opinions on waivers, amendments, consents and notices
- Performing on-site visits during the monitoring of the operation
3. Perform other duties:
- Providing financial analysis opinion to other departments of the bank, when required
- Participating as a member of the recovery team for non-performing assets, as requested
- Participating in the review of the Bank’s manuals and policies
- Performing other duties and tasks as may be required by organizational demands
