The year 2017 was a very interesting year in the business world. One of the major stories that rocked the entire planet was that of sexual harassment at the workplace. So many women have been violated and remain quiet for fear of discrimination. The other group remained silent as they viewed the abuse as an unavoidable evil on their way to achieving their goals. However, due to the many women who are now coming out and speaking against such dehumanizing behavior, there is a new dispensation in business communities all over the world.

    Twerking and Tweaking

Twerking is defined in many English dictionaries as a sexually provocative dance that involves thrusting of hips and a low squatting stance. This is something that has become very popular in modern culture. Most people accept the view that this dance is not meant to entice men but rather it is a display of female liberalization, part of the ?New Culture?.

Twerk is generally believed to originate from the English word tweak. To tweak generally means to force change (usually beneficial) by exerting a sudden force, like a twist or a pull. Instead of twerking why don?t you try to play casino games and win with slotscasinos great prizes

    Tweaking the Business Culture

Society has for a very long time accepted a lot of very bad things including slavery and the objectification of women. Some of these socially accepted ills have become part of the business culture. Therefore it had become normal for both men and women to abuse the power of sex in the office and at work events. In fact, the term ?sexual harassment? was only coined in the late 1970?s.

The result of the recent wave of sexual harassment has blessed the world by bringing to the open this evil. But some of the effects have not been that positive. There is now an unintended polarization of men and women at the workplace due to fear of being caught on the wrong side.

Just like real money casino games at good online casinos that improve a nation?s coffers but may also result in addiction which destroys lives and families, there is a need to find a balance. It is now imperative for every business owner to review company policies relating sexual misconduct so they protect employees but also maintain a productive environment in the workplace. The time for treating each other with dignity and respect has finally arrived.
