    The European Stability Mechanism are looking to recruit a Head of Human Resources and Organisation.

    Location: Luxembourg

    Deadline for applications: 4 March 2025

    The European Stability Mechanism is an intergovernmental organization located in Luxembourg City, which operates under public international law for all eurozone member states having ratified a special ESM intergovernmental treaty.

    The ESM are looking for a Head of Human Resources and Organisation to develop and manage the ESM’s overall Human Resources and Organisation (HR) function, leading a team of highly-skilled professionals on the different areas (e.g. recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR administration, HR budget planning and monitoring, HR data analytics, and employee relations).
