EU leaders must honour their global biodiversity commitments and stop undermining nature protection at home, WWF warns ahead of the UN Biodiversity Conference (COP17), taking place in Yerevan, Armenia, from 19 to 30 October.
“SMEs contribute to resilient local ecosystems where they invest, provide quality jobs and safeguard resilience for our eastern border region, while supporting social cohesion”, stated SMEunited Secretary General Véronique Willems in reaction to the European Commission’s Communication on Eastern border regions.
