The casino is an amazing place to spend your leisure time.

But along with this, it has a big difference with casinos without Swedish license. Having its own history and traditions, the offline casino also requires a certain etiquette from its guests.

The aura of courtesy and hospitality is the basis of the service in the casino. It coexists with the bright charge of emotions of the guests, which undoubtedly creates an atmosphere that the gamblers appreciate so much. So what should we know before entering the casino for the first time?

Where can we find casinos in the UK?

Only nine licensed offline casinos operate in the UK. The authorities clearly determine under what conditions it is possible to open a casino. One of the main conditions is the presence of 250,000 people in the locality. For one casino, the next casino in this locality can only be opened with a population of 500,000 people.

As we can notice, most of them are located in premium hotels. They offer the highest level of service and, like any gambling organization, provide a guarantee of security for both parties.

    First steps in the casino

At first, it is better for the player to find a bar, order a cocktail and try to get acquainted with the environment around him. Traditionally, in addition to the cash desk and the bar, it is easy to distinguish gaming halls with a certain type of casino games. Players can choose between the following destinations:

    – slot machines

    – card games (poker, blackjack, and baccarat)

    – games of chance like roulette, craps, etc.

One of the unwritten rules recommends you immediately determine the amount that you can effort to lose on entertainment. This will save you from unnecessary emotions that can ruin the evening for you and other gamblers. A frequent practice is bonuses (chips) from the hotel administration, which can be used in the casino.

    Croupier and player

The most contact you will have with the person who manages the game. It is called dealer or croupier. He checks and accepts your bets, manages the chips on the table, shuffles the cards, and deals with them. In fact, he is an intermediary between you and your luck.

In order to build friendly relations with the dealer, it is enough to follow simple rules of etiquette between the player and the croupier. Let’s look at them in more detail:

    1. Don’t ask for any advice on the game. This is considered bad manners, and in case of a loss, the player can try to accuse him of a “bad” hint
    2. Never give cash to the croupier (dealer). Use the cashier for this.
    3. Giving a tip to a dealer is considered good manners. It is considered good manners to share your winnings with the dealer.
    4. Never touch the croupier with your hands.
    5. Be courteous even if the croupier makes a mistake. Regardless of whose favor the croupier is mistaken, it is worthwhile to notify him of this politely.
    6. Limit phone use at the table to a minimum – this is not only a rule of etiquette, but it is more important to ensure the safety of the casino.

    Conclusion

Most of the rules have been said by us, but keep in mind that each casino may have its own unique rules. The basic rule of conduct in a casino is to be polite to everyone. And, of course, it is better to learn how to play even before entering the casino. This will help you enjoy your time at the casino.
