Rapid Growth, Strong Values, and a Commitment to Giving Back

Folier.se has rapidly grown into a leading supplier of printing machines and materials, achieving success entirely through its own means. But beyond business, this company has always prioritized something greater – giving back to the community.

    Mikael Sandberg

From sustainability efforts to mental health support and youth entrepreneurship, Folier.se is proof that a company can thrive while making a real difference.

One of the most powerful examples of this commitment is its involvement with Team Rynkeby, a charity cycling initiative that raises funds for the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. Folier.se is not just a financial contributor—it’s a dedicated Gold Sponsor that provides logistical support, including two fully equipped support vehicles for the team. But what truly sets Folier.se apart is how deeply personal this cause is to the company.

In the summer of 2023, CEO Mikael Sandberg didn’t just sign a sponsorship agreement—he put himself on the road, cycling the grueling 1,374 kilometers from Sweden to Paris alongside Team Rynkeby. Over the course of seven intense days, Mikael and his team pedaled through rain, scorching heat, and exhaustion, driven by the mission to raise funds for children battling cancer. At one point, temperatures soared to 37°C, pushing every cyclist to their limits. Yet, despite the physical challenge, the spirit of the journey remained strong. Every kilometer ridden was another step toward making a difference.

Reflecting on the experience, Mikael shared:

“There were moments when I thought, ‘Why am I doing this?’ My legs ached, the sun was relentless, and the roads seemed endless. But then I would remember the children we were riding for—those facing battles much harder than this ride. That’s what kept me going.”

The journey was more than just a physical test; it was a testament to the power of teamwork and purpose. The team rode together, encouraged each other, and pushed through the hardest moments as a united force.

“The most emotional part was reaching Paris,” Mikael recalled. “After nearly 1,400 kilometers, we saw the Eiffel Tower in the distance. There were tears, cheers, and an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment. But more than anything, we felt gratitude—gratitude for the support, for the donations, and for the chance to make a difference.”

Folier.se’s dedication to corporate social responsibility goes far beyond this one initiative. The company actively supports mental health organizations, recognizing the importance of well-being in both professional and personal life. It also plays a key role in fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs through its involvement with Young Enterprise Sweden, encouraging young minds to explore the world of business.

At the core of Folier.se lies a simple but powerful belief:

“We can’t do everything, but we can always do something.” This mindset is reflected in everything the company does, from sustainable product choices to community involvement.

Folier is more than just a business—it’s a company with heart, proving that success is not just measured in numbers but in the impact left behind. With every order, every partnership, and every initiative, Folier.se continues to grow—not just in size, but in purpose.
