    Civitates – the European Democracy Fund – is looking for an Impact and Learning Manager to join their team in Brussels.

    Civitates is hiring an Impact and Learning Manager to strengthen their ability to learn from theirwork, communicate their impact, and support evidence-based decision-making.

    Since 2018, Civitates has supported more than 60 organisations in 18 countries with over €20 million in funding. Their work spans three key areas: strengthening civil society organisations, tackling the role of technology in democracy, and supporting independent, public interest media. As their new Impact and Learning Manager, you will help them deepen their understanding of the difference they are making across these fields and amplify the voices and stories of their partners.

    Key responsibilities include managing their impact and learning frameworks, facilitating peer learning and reflection, producing clear and engaging reports, and supporting the capacity building of grantee partners.

    Location: Brussels
