E-cigarettes have become increasingly popular in recent years due to their ability to provide a similar nicotine hit as traditional cigarettes, but without the harmful chemicals and carcinogens.

While it is important to note that electronic cigarettes still contain nicotine and are not completely harmless, they are considered significantly safer than smoking tobacco products. Here are some of the benefits of using e-cigarettes instead of traditional cigarettes:?

    • E-cigarettes don’t contain tar or other toxins found in cigarette smoke, reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
    • E-cigarette vapor does not have an odor like cigarette smoke, making it much more pleasant for those around you.
    • Since there is no burning involved with vaping, there is no secondhand smoke created when using an e-cigarette.
    • E-cigarettes can be used anywhere since they do not produce any smoke or ash. This makes them ideal for use at home or in public places where smoking is prohibited.
    • E-cigarettes offer a range of flavored liquids which can make vaping more enjoyable than smoking traditional cigarettes.
    • Using an e-cigarette can be cheaper than buying packs of cigarettes over time since refilling cartridges with liquid nicotine is much cheaper than buying new packs each time you need a cigar.

But, there are rules you need to respect in the EU. Here are the most important laws regarding e-cigarettes in Europe.

    Only Adults Can Use Them

This should definitely not come as a surprise, but in the EU, only adults are allowed to buy and smoke e-cigarettes like the ones you can find at?ezee-e?for example. That means minors and people who sell cigarettes could get fined if they are caught doing things that are illegal. If you are an European citizen or you plan on visiting Europe, you definitely need to be aware of this law.

    Quality Requirements

The government of every country sets a maximum nicotine concentration and volume for cartridges, tanks and nicotine liquid containers. E-cigarettes are required to be designed in such a way that they are temper-evident. They need to possess a mechanism that allows refilling without spillage to protect consumers. The contents must be of high purity and e-cigarettes should deliver the same amount of nicotine when puffed at the same strength and duration. Manufacturers and importers must notify of all products they place on the EU market through a standardized electronic system.

You Can Smoke Them Wherever You Want

The good thing when it comes to this type of cigarettes is that you can smoke them wherever you want. There is no tobacco or second-hand smoke and that allows you to smoke them even in places where smoking is prohibited.
