This new model intends to reduce irritants typically associated with the healthcare system. The structured five-step process aims to be simultaneously easy and accessible for all users.

They are then able to order the test and have it shipped right to their front door. From there, depending on the test, the individual will likely collect a small finger-prick blood test sample and send it to a lab for AI-based technology to analyse and ascertain any points of interest or concern. These results are then viewed by GMC registered doctors who offer the best treatment option, which can be ordered from Welzo's online pharmacy and delivered to your door.

Just as other industries have progressed into the digital space, healthcare is just as manageable and can be even more beneficial when taken online.

Welzo's interface is simple and functional, showcasing their tests, products, and informational pieces all in one place. Even though this system will cut out the face-to-face aspect of healthcare, Welzo will still provide patients with the same level of professionalism they would get from their GP, however this time, from the comfort of their own homes. This is also enabelled by their ability to connect local doctors, international labs and hundreds of pharmacies to patients in one seamless interface.
