Bitcoin is a type of digital currency that very quickly and prominently made its way into the world in 2009. It was technically launched as a rival currency to the government-issued currency that we all known and value. They basically wanted to get rid of coins and notes and go online which is actually a very fair and articulate idea.

The one thing that people tend to value about cryptocurrency above all is the high-security aspect of it. Everyone wants to know that their most valued asset aka money, is secure and looked after. This form of currency is very highly encrypted so that you never have to wonder if it is secure or not.

So, Bitcoin sounds good, right? Perhaps you are looking to buy Bitcoins or maybe you already have some but you’re just trying to find out where you can actually spend them! Well, wonder no more, this article was made just for you to show you how to spend your Bitcoins! Keep reading for your personalized guide!

    Food and drink

Funnily enough, the first-ever thing to be purchased with Bitcoins was in this category! The first-ever purchase made using Bitcoins was two pizzas which were purchased for 10 000 Bitcoins. Some restaurants and apps will enable you to purchase food and drink which is a big help and makes it almost possible to live off of just Bitcoin in today’s society.

You can find a complete list of places that allow you to purchase food and drink with your cryptocurrency, but if you’re not sure do your research or just ask! More places tend to accept Bitcoin than people actually realise, so it is always good to just check. Bitcoin restaurants can be found if you click here.

    Online shopping

There are a plethora of places online that allow you to use Bitcoin as a form of currency. Keeping an eye out for a button or photo that says ‘Bitcoin accepted here’ will be in your best interest, however, consider emailing just to check as said above, more places accept it than you think. You’ve heard of Shopify, right?

Well, you can use Bitcoin at Shopify which is a place full of online stores that have been readily accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are payment for years now, since November 2013. They are a great way to get bang for your buck and shop at some high-end places that you would likely usually avoid.

    Gift cards

Do you want to shop somewhere that doesn’t accept Bitcoin as a form of payment? Buy a gift card instead! There are plenty of places in which you can purchase a gift card with your Bitcoins. For instance, if you want to shop at Target but they don’t accept Bitcoin, you can then use your Bitcoins to buy a gift card for Target to whatever amount you’re after and then go shopping!

It really is that simple and it opens up a whole new world of stores for you to shop at without using fiat money.

Bitcoin is an awesome thing to be involved in, so why don’t you open an account today with Bitcoin Loophole to get the best out of your Bitcoin.
