    Are you looking to work in a genuinely European team and promote European law in the European law community? The Academy of European Law in Trier, Germany are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible, December 2024 at the latest, as a Lawyer / Course Administrator (f/m/d) in Data Protection Law, Data Governance, AI and Privacy Law.

    30 or 40 hours per week. The post is for a fixed term until 30 September 2025.

    YOUR TASKS

    The position primarily entails two key activities:

    • creating and implementing training courses and high-level conferences, targeted at European legal practitioners
    • developing e-learning modules and digital training materials
    • traveling to various venues within Europe

    YOUR PROFILE

    • extensive knowledge of European law, ideally in European data protection law
    • interest in a dynamic, diverse spectrum of tasks sound research skills
    • good networking and communication skills
    • fluency in English, German and/or French is an advantage
    • professional experience of legal practice
