These are food and feed protein concentrates from non-GMO sunflower seeds, produced using a unique technology. They contain up to 83% of high quality plant protein. It is almost twice as high as that of our closest competitors. The scope of application of the food protein concentrate is sports and dietary nutrition, food industry. Feed protein concentrate is a valuable product to increase the productivity of animal husbandry.

The presented products aroused a keen interest among businessmen from all over the world. The Group reached preliminary agreements on the supply of protein products to Spain, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, and Bangladesh.

“Today, there are shifts in food culture that stimulate a boom of plant-based protein. This process is of a global and long-term nature,” noted Sergei Vasilevich Kislov, founder and president of the international company Yug Rusi and former owner of OAO NZNP. “And this trend is proven by a great attention to our exhibition booth.”

Among other things, Yug Rusi introduced a polysaccharide syrup to its potential partners. This product is made from sunflower seeds and also has a wide range of applications for improving the quality of feed for farm animals.”
