The Academy of European Law in Trier, Germany has a vacancy for a Lawyer (Course Director) (f/m/d) in European Competition Law (antitrust, merger control & state aid) and European Public Procurement Law.
Your mission
The job entails primarily the management of three key activities:
- preparing and implementing training courses and organising high-level conferences
- preparing and implementing EU fully financed and co-financed projects for provision of legal training
- developing e-learning modules and digital training materials
all targeted at European legal practitioners such as lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel, judges, prosecutors and civil servants.
The Academy of European Law’s international team of 80 people from 17 EU countries organises over 180 conferences and seminars on European law every year. Based at their headquarters in Trier, Germany, ERA organise face-toface, online and hybrid events in Trier and around Europe.
The post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis (parental leave cover) until 31 December 2027.
