    The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) is the permanent crisis resolution mechanism for euro area countries. It provides financial assistance to Members facing financing difficulties.

    The ESM are looking for an experienced data analyst to play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions for their Human Resources (HR) and Organisation division to enhance organisational effectiveness. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and summarising data and trends from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and support HR initiatives.
