ACER's mission is to assist National Regulatory Authorities in exercising, at Community level, the regulatory tasks that they perform in the Member States and, where necessary, to coordinate their action. The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is a European Union body established in 2010. ACER has its official seat in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.
