Following the European Commission's recent recommendation regarding termination rates, the Mobile Termination Rates Compliance Forum will provide you with the perfect opportunity to learn how operators and regulators across Europe are managing the challenges associated with reducing MTRs. Some of the key questions that will be addressed include:
- How will a reduction in MTRs impact operator investment?
- Is there a "one-size-fits-all" approach to reducing MTRs?
- How will lower MTRs impact the prepaid market?
- Is LRIC the most appropriate cost model to use for pricing MTRs?
- How will reduced MTRs affect the different operators in the market place?
