Job summary

The Migration Policy Group is currently looking for a Statistical and Policy Analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative policy analysis.

Location: Brussels


MPG designs and implements comparative research with stakeholders on a variety of topics: refugee integration, access to nationality, political participation, education, employment, entrepreneurship, family reunification and work migration.

This work largely focuses on comparisons of policies at national, regional and local level, monitoring compliance with international/EU legal standards and analysis of the impact of policies on immigration flows and integration outcomes.

The Statistical and Policy Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of policies and outcome indicators.

In addition, the researcher will provide survey and statistical design and implementation support across the organisation’s projects and areas of expertise.

The Analyst will work on several MPG research projects, including the Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX), Cross-migration, ReSOMA and EU integration indicators at local and national level.
