ICT Institute Helping to Train Europeans

We are setting up an International ICT Institute. One of our aims is to work with the relevant EU bodies to help bring the poorer European regions up to scratch in IT and telecoms training/education. We can provide the professional expertise. To whom should we apply? We would need funding assistance for the work. <br>Gervas Douglas<br>
