This event is a collective effort of 10 research networks, together
representing more than 2,000 European researchers. Leading scientists
will present their latest results in the fields of food quality, food
safety and nutrition. The goal is to further spread this scientific
knowledge to a wider audience and to reach out to European
policymakers, consumers and the food industry.
The prime organiser of the event is CommNet, a network of
communications managers in EU-funded research projects relating to food
quality and safety, comprising more than 20 projects.
