What are Energy Days?

An Energy Day is a non-for-profit event that promotes energy efficiency or renewable energy. It must take place between 18 and 22 June 2012 (weekends before and after accepted).

Energy Days can take many forms:

An open-doors day at a private home or company premises, an educational workshop for children, an exhibition where companies present and demonstrate clean energy technologies to the public, or fair, conference, media campaign, a concert and much more.

In line with the EUSEW 2012 main theme, events addressing renewable energy are particularly welcome. But also events addressing energy efficiency matters qualify to become an Energy Day.

EU Sustainable Energy Week in Brussels

Between 18 and 22 June 2012, Brussels will be host to a packed programme of high-level debates, conferences and exhibitions. Organised by the European Commission and other bodies, the 3-day policy conference starting on 19 June will bring together industry representatives, scientists and decision-makers and offer an ideal networking opportunity. You can get involved by organising or attending an event. Event registration is open now.
