Call for innovative entrepreneurs for change: support to cluster cooperation, start-ups, investors and management of intellectual property

The initiative envisions operating a comprehensive framework facilitating the cooperation between clusters, incubators, business support service providers (in particular those providing support for the management of intellectual property) and seed-investor communities in the EU on the one side and Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon on the other.

The work foreseen under this call is divided into five functions related to the facilitation of cooperation between and among clusters, investors, business support services for the benefit of SMEs and entrepreneurs.
