25 banks that failed the ECB financial health test
(FRANKFURT) - Twenty-five banks from 11 eurozone countries failed the European Central Bank (ECB) financial health check.
The ECB found they were insufficiently capitalised on December 31, 2013 to withstand another financial crisis.
However, 12 of them have since taken steps to remedy the situation, said the ECB.
