For the strengthening of the Andean community: No to bilateral negotiations
The Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (TUCA) and the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) express their concern over the decision by the European Commission and the governments of Colombia and Peru to negotiate bilateral trade agreements, thus putting an end to the initial project for negotiation of an EU-Andean Community Association Agreement comprising political dialogue and cooperation as well as a trade chapter.
