Study on the impact of future options for the milk quota system and the common market organisation for milk and milk products: overview of the impact analysis carried out, at the request of the European Commission, by a consortium of experts from the 'Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique' (INRA, France) and the University of Wageningen (Netherlands), in view of the preparation of the Commissions Report on Milk Quotas (SEC(2002)789 final).
