As people are winding down after the sporting success of the Olympics and the Paralympics, it is clear that the stadium will be in high demand and it has already been reported that the stadium, renamed the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will be open to offers.
The iconic building is set to become high-quality office space as well as an international sporting venue and also a venue with public leisure facilities.

Although the Olympic Park is going to be used as office space, London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and planners involved have stated that any applicants for the office space must meet tough but achievable standards before they are able to sign a lease.
