The objective of the regulatory affairs advisors is to develop, strengthen and broaden an extensive advocacy network across the EU institutions and formulate and implement targeted lobbying strategies to impact the political processes to ensure the continued development and integration of large scale wind energy in the EU and beyond.
The position refers to the Head of EWEA’s Regulatory Affairs Unit, the Unit consisting of four staff.
The right candidate has a good understanding of the European power markets, including energy economics. A Masters degree in economics or equivalent and a minimum of three years experience interacting with the European institutions are
required as well as a proven track record in political advocacy.
