The promotion of the social and professional interests of European soldiers is the core task of EUROMIL. Soldiers are in several European countries still denied basic citizen rights like the right of association.

A successful candidate has thus a genuine interest for the social and professional conditions of European servicemen and –women, is a cooperative, reliable team-player with excellent editorial skills and the intellectual capacity for in-depth analysis. He/she has a pleasant personality with suitability for advocacy and lobbying.
