In addition to fully fulfilling the minimum requirements below the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dynamic person (M/F) with a marketing/communications background and experience in membership issues, capable of working under stress and meeting tight deadlines.

General Purpose of role
The  purpose  of  this  role  is  to  build  on  and  improve  the  current  membership  strategy.  The
successful  candidate  will  initiate  new membership  activities  and  strive  to  improve  the  service
EPIA provides to its members.

His/Her role:
•  Responsible for the membership activities of EPIA
•  Performing  membership  satisfaction  surveys,  analysing  responses  and  thereafter 
improving  the membership strategy
•  Providing administrative support for EC projects
•  Providing general administrative support when necessary
