Job summary
The Investment Analyst contributes to the overall Private Equity activity of the organisation by supporting the evaluation process for new investment proposals and monitoring of existing operations. S/he will report to and work under the supervision and guidance of senior members of the department.

Responsibilities

· Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative information related to investment proposals (first and second screening), preparing draft proposals. · Participate in the negotiation with counterparties, site visits and make all necessary research on funds thus contributing to the due diligence reports and Board documents.
· Update funds database as necessary.
· Monitor and manage existing operations in collaboration with other team members as well as Risk Management and Monitoring. Produce notes and reports.
· Under the supervision of a senior team member, assess the performance of those funds under the incumbent's responsibility and propose adequate actions where necessary.
