Selling Spanish luxury ladies shoes in Hungary

I am trying to look into the possibility of opening a franchise selling fashionable ladies's shoes made by an established family firm in Spain, whose principle is selling classy, fashionable shoes at AFFORDABLE prices.<BR>I need to find out: rental cost for a small shop in a prime location in Budapest, staff salaries, and VAT (plus any import duties if still applicable).<BR>Are there any other problems to consider?<BR>Any help much appreciated. <br>Isabelle Weiss<br>
