EU Duty Relief/Drawback Programs

I am a Canadian professor of international marketing and am interested in the experiences of EU businesses that have used either Inward Processing Relief;Outward Processing Relief, or some other Duty/VAT Relief/Drawback programs to form partnerships with non-EU firms; conduct trade with firms from outside the EU.
