I am a Chartered Accountant based in the UK. A client of ours has recently won a tender for an EU funded building project in Poland. Our client has been advised by the EU administrators they are dealing with that the professional fees they charge do not have to be included as part of their taxable income for their business. Is this true & can you point me to the relevant tax treaty that presumably makes this the case ???<BR>Thank you for your help . <br>Paul Smith<br>
